We often wonder what opposing teams, their beat reporters and bloggers are saying about the Celtics. Here’s a look at some enemy chatter from Oklahoma.
- The Celtics are scrappy and tough. They play some clever lineups and keep you guessing a lot. The Thunder just never seemed to be able to find a combination that was comfortable.

From lineup adjustments to defensive curveballs, to just overall feel and flow, I got the sense the Celtics reflected their coach far better than the Thunder did tonight.
I hit the Thunder blogs today hoping to find some great takes on Marcus Smart. There are none.
Instead, I found praise for the Celtics scrappy style and Brad Stevens’ X’s and O’s. Oh, and a pot shot at Evan Turner’s weight.
This might be the first time Jared Sullinger has dodged a fat joke lobbed at the Celtics.
