Here’s what we’re looking for:
2 recap writers
We need a couple of people who can commit to writing a recap or two a week. It’s a group effort at Red’s Army, but we need people dedicated to this effort.
1 Morning Dump writer
We need an early bird to take a day or two of the Morning Dump. You’ll need to be able to have the Dump posted before 9am. You’ve seen how the Dump works… you need to be able to sift through a lot of news to figure out what the big stories of the morning are, how to give your entertaining take on it, and how to make it relateable to the people reading once they get to work.
2 daily news writers
We need a couple of people available during the late morning/mid afternoon to post news tidbits out of practice or maybe even big NBA stories.
We can’t pay you much, but if you’re contributing regularly, you’ll get a weekend or two of drinking money out of the deal. We’re looking for people who can make the commitment and stick to it. You don’t have to be a professional writer, but you do need to be able to put a decent piece together that people will enjoy. You need to have a good personality that shows in your writing.
