I'd hate to think what this summer would be if Twitter didn't exist. Ray Allen just got on Twitter a few weeks ago and he's really embracing it. His latest tweet, however, is more than just something fun to pass along… it's actually very encouraging.

Bottom line, Ray is always tweeting about working out. And when a guy who looks like this says he's going to get into the "best shape of his life"… you have to wonder… how much better can you get? Are your abs gonna get abs? Are you going to go from 4% bodyfat to 3.8% bodyfat?
